You will have proven experience in aged care and a genuine passion for working with the elderly.This role offers an excellent opportunity for enthusiastic and energetic individuals looking to make every moment matter by bringing respect, compassion, integrity and enhancing the wellbeing of our residents and consumers.Essential:Registered Nurse with current Registration under the Australian Health Professional Regulation Agency (AHPRA).and at least 5 years Post Graduate experienceTertiary qualifications in Geriatric Nursing and/or Dementia Care, or demonstrated competence in that field.Demonstrated comprehensive high-level knowledge of the Health and Aged Care Sectors including funding and policy protocols, accreditation and industrial legislation.Comprehensive experience in leading a flexible, multi-skilled team environment and management competence in Organisation Management; Human Resources; Financial Management; Time Management; External Relations and Service Provision.High-level competencies in the provision of Nursing Services within an Aged Care environment.At Anglican Care our skilled and caring people are the most important resources we have.
