About the roleWe currently on the lookout for a Rotational Relief Manager to join our team, providing ongoing relief and backfill of our Residential Care Managers. This dynamic role offers an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and energetic individual looking for a new challenge. The successful applicant will be flexible, demonstrating adaptability in changing working environments, they'll have high level interpersonal skills and be able to relate to older persons, as well as being engaging with and developing sustainable relationships with our key management staff. Ideally we're looking for someone who can genuinely add value in this role with proven experience in aged care and a genuine passion for working with the elderly.Anglican Care's head office is based in Booragul, but this role will be providing rotational relief to our Residential Care Managers located across our 11 sites, from the Central Coast (Warnervale), to Newcastle and Lake Macquarie, up to the Mid-Coast of NSW (Taree). This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to make every moment matter by bringing respect, compassion, integrity and enhancing the wellbeing of our residents and consumers.Essential:Registered Nurse with current Registration under the Australian Health Professional Regulation Agency (AHPRA), and at least 5 years Post Graduate experienceTertiary qualifications in Geriatric Nursing and/or Dementia Care, or demonstrated competence in that field.Demonstrated comprehensive high-level knowledge of the Health and Aged Care Sectors including funding and policy protocols, accreditation and industrial legislation.Comprehensive experience in leading a flexible, multi-skilled team environment and management competence in Organisation Management; Human Resources; Financial Management; Time Management; External Relations and Service Provision.High-level competencies in the provision of Nursing Services within an Aged Care environment.
