You will have a high standard of clinical management skills and be able to provide the best possible care and customer service. Working closely with GPs and other allied health professionals to discuss the best treatment available, you will lead a dedicated team of care staff making a memorable difference to the lives of residents and their families.The successful applicant will have the ability to act as a team leader and mentor at ward level, participating in effective teamwork and maintaining communication with colleagues to promote collaboration and facilitate the coordination of person centred care.
