The Opportunity: We have an opportunity for Registered Nurses to join our Kilpatrick Court Team in Toronto - Afternoon Shifts weekdays and weekends 2:45pm - 10:30pm . We have casual and permanent part time positions available. You will have the ability to act as a team leader and mentor at ward level, participating in effective teamwork and maintaining communication with colleagues to promote collaboration and facilitate the coordination of person centred care.
