About the roleReporting to the Manager of Recruitment Services, the Recruitment Consultant roles are split into service portfolios, looking after Aged Care, Disability services, Child, Youth and Family Services, Corporate and Education. The role is permanent, full-time, with a monthly ADO and flexible working arrangements, including working from home.Essential criteriaDemonstrated ability to work with wide range of stakeholders to achieve organisational goals and objectivesDemonstrated competency in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel as well as internet, email and database programsProven organisational, administrative and time management skills, including strong attention to detailDemonstrated capacity to work flexibly and willingness to work on different and multiple activitiesClass C drivers licence with the capacity to travel for business purposesEvidence of COVID-19 vaccination (with booster)Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field, or working towards would be desirable Now for the good stuffLet's talk benefits!
