In this role, you will work closely with the Finance Manager to provide sound business systems and accounting processes as well as lead a small team of Finance professionals. Role & Responsibilities: Manage and develop financial management reports and tools for business owners and cost centre managersProvide leadership to a small team of finance professionalsEnsure timely and efficient reporting and analysis to meet all requirementsCoordinate, develop and review business plansCollaborate with Operational Managers to coordinate and analyse cost centre budgets and forecasts, ensuring ongoing alignment with KPI’sSupport the preparation of consolidated annual operating and capital expenditure budgets for submission to the Corporate Executive GroupUndertake cost benefit analysis for various projects as determined in the annual organisational wide business plan.Develop financial models, conduct cost-benefit analysis, and deliver meaningful financial insights and reporting to senior leadership.Development of models in Excel to provide input to business decision making.Support the Finance Manager to develop and execute financial policies and procedures in relation to Finance Management About you? Tertiary qualification in AccountingCA or CPA qualifiedFive years professional experience in management accounting, analysis of results and reporting to tight deadlinesExperience in the development and monitoring of budgetsDemonstrated ability to implement change and continuous improvement.Proven ability to project plan.
