The Opportunity
This is a legacy executive position which will oversee a diverse portfolio made up of the follow services lines: Child, Youth and Family, Domestic Violence, Early Learning, Homelessness and Mental Health.
Reporting to the Diocesan Chief Executive Officer, the Executive Director Families & Community Services will:
- Provide strategic direction, innovation and continuous improvement across the organisation.
- Lead teams within the internal systems of care through driving the operational and performance excellence.
- Develop and foster robust strategic partnerships across the sector to ensure a dynamic and innovative response to community needs.

About You
Seeking an established executive leader within the Human Services sector with a demonstrated history of leading geographically dispersed teams driving exceptional service delivery and outcomes for clients.
Candidates with the following experiences and skillsets are encouraged to apply:
- 5+ years of experience at a senior level across child, youth, family and community services sector
- Demonstrated commercial and strategic acumen.
- Demonstrated comprehensive knowledge of the child, youth, family, and community services including funding and policy protocols, accreditation, and industrial legislation.
- A proven track record in successfully leading change, innovation and
- Demonstrated experience using effective governance frameworks to ensure ethical use of financial resources and professional standards of planning and budgeting.
