Disability Support Worker Taree
About the Role
This rewarding position within a positive, strengths based, and person-centred service will see you support individuals living with a disability to reach their potential and achieve their goals.
- Casual positions are available across Supported Independent Living (rotating rosters including some overnight and weekend work)
- Part time position available (40 hours per fortnight) in Community Supports (hours between 6:00am-8:00pm)

What we’re looking for
- You will support household activities, medical and health needs, attending community events/activities, personal care, meal management, transport, communication, and managing emotions and behaviours.
About you
- Be open to having conversations & be a good listener, without judgement
- Show initiative & think outside the box
- Empower participants you support- 'Do With' not 'Do For'
- Complete a pre-employment medical, NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, First Aid and have a valid driver’s licence.
- Casual opportunities available
- Preferably be able to work a Rotating roster including some weekends and sleep overs/active night & split shifts.
