Community Care (Hunter) – Enrolled Nurse

The Opportunity: Newcastle Anglican is dedicated to providing quality aged care services to the people of the Hunter, Mid North Coast and the Central Coast.An exciting opportunity for a dedicated Enrolled nurse to join our Community Team. Your role is to provide support, education and resources to consumers who still live in their own homes or visit our day centres. You will support our consumers make informed decisions and have choice and control over the services and support they receive and ensure the services delivered are safe, effective and meet their needs. You will require experience in assessing and coordinating care and support services for consumers accessing:Commonwealth Home Support Services and / or Home Care PackagesThis is a  fixed term contract until December 2025, Monday to Friday 8:00am-16:30pmWhy Work for us? Newcastle Anglican places people at the centre of our work.
