2 year contractNewcastle basedTHE ROLEThe Commercial Director (Community & Allied Health) is a critical member of the People Care Leadership Team.The role is transformational to reform a business, by providing strategic and commercial leadership to make the business competitive in industry, profitable, whilst maximising the service value add to the people we support.The Commercial Director (Community & Allied Health) is directly responsible for leading a team of Community Care and Allied Health professionals to successfully build, partner, inspire and enable the business to deliver financially sustainable growth through service excellence, while meeting all quality, risk management and compliance standards.Why work for us?
