These services offer a range of innovative respite, lifestyle, and allied health and therapies to promote healthy ageing.To be apply for this role you will have:Essential:Registered Nurse with current registration under the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)Demonstrated clinical assessment of the older person and use of validated assessment and screening toolsDemonstrated leadership, high level communication and interpersonal skillsCommitment to work within the Values of Anglican Care and philosophy of consumer directed care within a collaborative approachStrong commitment to team values, flexible work practice and continuous improvementWillingness to attend and participate in education and networking forumsConfident and skilled clinician, able to engage and motivate consumers, families, staff and stakeholders.Current First Aide CertificateUnrestricted Drivers LicenceAt Anglican Care our skilled and caring people are the most important resources we have.
