Clinical Compliance Lead- Community Aged Care
The Opportunity:
Are you passionate about regulatory compliance and looking to make an impact?
We are seeking a passionate Compliance Lead to enhance our regulatory compliance efforts. In this role, you'll coordinate compliance processes, manage submissions to regulatory authorities, and develop robust policies and programs. You'll identify risk areas, provide expert advice, and implement effective compliance procedures. Additionally, you'll support governance initiatives, promote a high-quality Compliance Program, and create training materials for our team
This is a permanent Full Time vacancy, part time may be considered.

You will have
- Degree in Nursing with Aged Care experience or previous 5+ years experience within a compliance position in
Aged Care. - Current unrestricted drivers’ licence
- Proven ability to successfully implement compliance requirements.
- Proven experience or strong knowledge of Aged Care Reforms
- Experience working in a multi-disciplinary team.
- Understanding of processes required in alignment with Aged Care Standards.
- Confident communicator able to engage and motivate stakeholders for compliance needs
- Experience and commitment to working with quality and risk management systems and promoting quality and safety in the workplace.
- Capacity to provide education and support to teams in the workplace.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and promote change and contribute positively to workplace culture.
