The Opportunity: Newcastle Anglican is seeking an experienced Chef to work in our Aged Care facilities. This role is in a Full time capacity however will consider casual employment if preferred. The requirement is to work across McIntosh Court – Booragul & Kilpatrick Court – Toronto. Chefs working in our Aged Care homes are rostered 10am – 6pm ( 5/2), with the flexibility to work every second weekend.Lead by the Hospitality Services Manager, the Chef will be responsible for delivering consistent, well prepared meals. In this fast paced environment, you must be able to multi-task while ensuring the food safety program and procedures are adhered to, maintain quality standards of all work performed and be part of a positive working environment.
