Role & Responsibilities: To have a good knowledge of all areas of Anglican Care, functions and key staff to enable the correct forwarding of customer enquiries.Screen telephone calls and establishing telephone contact on behalf of relevant parties.To interact and communicate effectively with peers, clients, their families and all other customers.Provide general administration support including word processing, desktop publishing, photocopying, scanning, filing and general office administration including: Arranging appointments for the Community & Home Care Managers as required. Answering phone calls and direct enquiries to the appropriate person. Assisting with departmental communication and paperwork including mail pick-up and delivery.Maintaining accurate lists and databases as required by the Community & Home Care Managers.Maintaining appropriate stationery and consumable supplies and assist with the ordering of other supplies.Prepare for team meetings – prepare and distribute agendas, minutes and supporting documentation. Attend and record minutes of meetings as directed.Assist with the induction of new staff including preparation, collation and forwarding of paperwork as appropriate.Manage mail delivery and messages for team when required.Assist in developing draft rosters for Care Coordinator’s/ Community & Home Care Manager’s review and approval including requirements for use of external agency when requiredProvide administration assistance and relief to all regions as requiredAll other duties as reasonable requested by the manager About you? Experience in providing administrative support.Demonstrated competence with the Microsoft Office suite of products with strong computer literacy skills in CSM’s and databases.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work effectively as a team member and autonomously.High level data entry accuracy with attention to detailDemonstrated skills and experience in client managementPrevious experience in rostering systems is highly desirable.
