Role & Responsibilities:Your day will be busy and interesting with preparation, processing and reconciliation of resident/client accounts.Fielding enquiries for clients and their families in relation to resident/client accounts, fees and charges and queries in relation to care agreements. Maintaining the Accounts Receivable functions of the Finance and Support Services department to a high standardProviding relief and assistance with other finance department functions as required About you?Experience in Billing or financeSound understanding and experience in Accounts Receivable functions and relevant accounting controls.Sound organisational and communication skills with an ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload.Experience in customer service & customer enquiries.Work effectively as an individual and within a team under pressure to meet deadlines using both sound judgement and initiative.Demonstrated competence with the Microsoft Office suite of products and FMIS systems relevant to Accounts Receivable and financial accounting.
