We are committed to supporting our residents, families and friends to stay connected during the challenging times we are currently experiencing. Our ‘Connecting Families & Friends’ program will assist families/friends to book either a Low Risk Visit and/or a time where one of our team members can facilitate phone calls or video conferencing via Zoom.
Low Risk Visits
When booking a low risk visit please be mindful we will initially have limited visits on designated days in each home, with one visitor per low risk visit. If you have any queries or there are no available low risk appointments, please contact your residential aged care home to assist.
While we are opening up to limited visitors, we ask that all of our families continue to prioritise the use of technology (Zoom video or voice calls) to connect with their loved ones. We will continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation and will be continuously reviewing out visiting hours and will adjust hours as required. It is important that we move forward cautiously as there is still the potential for further outbreaks and clusters across the community.

BOOK YOUR CONNECTION WITH 4 EASY STEPS …
- Click on the icon BOOK APPOINTMENT below.
- Within PICKTIME.com, choose the location of your loved one/friend.
- Select either LOW RISK VISIT and complete booking OR
- Select RESIDENT CALL / ZOOM (requires mobile phone OR PC/ iPad/tablet/laptop with sound & camera). Select any Team Member (which is our way of listing our available devices). THEN select the date and a time slot, fill out the form. ** In the Booking Notes please specify if you are wanting a Zoom video conference or a call, then click on the Book Appointment button. (Note, if the date/time you are wanting is not available within a Team Member, check others).
Once you have booked your appointment, you will receive an email confirmation. Those connecting via Zoom will also receive a web link to use at your chosen date & time. Multiple family members/friends can connect to your Zoom video conference at the allocated time – simply share your link with them!

If using via a computer or laptop, the Zoom web browser will download automatically when you start or join your first Zoom meeting, it is also available for manual download via this link– select first option ‘Zoom Client for Meetings’.
