Linda Cox is among the long-serving alumni at McIntosh Court.
Earlier this year, Linda celebrated 30 years with Anglican Care.
“I worked as an Assistant in Nursing (AIN) for a long period of time and then got into lifestyle and wellbeing, where I am currently the Lifestyle Team Leader,” Linda says.
As a young mum of four, Linda started her journey with Anglican Care by volunteering before she was offered a job.
“I have worked with some of the most wonderful people in my career,” she says.
“The two staff who trained me at the time when I started shaped my career in lots of ways.
“Aged care is my passion, and my devotion is to people with dementia.
“I have learnt so much over my time and have met some wonderful residents and their families.
“I can honestly say I love my job and every day I am thankful that I can make people smile or laugh and give them comfort in this time of their lives.”

Also celebrating milestone achievements are Leonie Doig, Louise Cox, and Janet Ayton. McIntosh Court came together to celebrate their incredible contributions.
Staff and residents enjoyed a morning tea to acknowledge the long-serving trio, who had a combined 89 years of service.
Thank you Leonie, Louise, and Janet for all that you’ve done for Anglican Care.
