As an employee in Home Care packages you will have the opportunity to do this each and every day, bringing respect, compassion, integrity and enhancing the wellbeing of our consumers.The aim of the Community Care Services team, is to co-ordinate a package of home care and services to provide people with choice and flexibility in the way that their care and services are provided to them while still living in their own homes.Benefits of working with Anglican Care:Excellent Salary Packaging BenefitsLearning & Career DevelopmentParental LeaveFlexible Working ConditionsWellbeing Benefits including Corporate Gym MembershipEmployee Assistance ProgramResponsibilities include:Providing proactive and timely administrative support including word processing, desktop publishing, photocopying, filing and general office administration including though not limited to:Arranging appointments for the Community & Home Care Managers as required.Answering and making phone calls and directing enquiries to the appropriate person.Assisting with departmental communication and paperwork including mail pick-up and delivery.Maintaining accurate lists and databases as required by the Community & Home Care Managers.Maintaining appropriate stationery supplies and assist with the ordering of other supplies.Data entry and reportingProviding effective support and customer service to all Community Care Services across all regionsManaging the Purchase Care System for services, processing invoices, ensure all items have been received and process invoice for payment and approval by Manager/sInteracting and communicating effectively with peers, consumers, their families and all other customers.Assisting with the induction of new staff including preparation, collation and forwarding of paperwork as appropriate.Supporting the Scheduling and Administration Lead as needed with scheduling and data updating and integrity in rostering systemYou must meet the essential criteria to be shortlisted;Essential:Experience in providing administrative support.Sound computer literacy skills, including word processing, desktop processing, desktop publishing, databases and spreadsheets and demonstrated competence with the Microsoft Office suite of productsHigh level data entry accuracy with attention to detail and experience in client management and rostering systemsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to prioritise and maintain a high standard of work under sustained work pressures.Ability to work effectively as a team member and individually.
