This role is to ensure compliance with the New Aged Care Quality Standards, with a key focus on internal and external benchmarking for clinical, quality and lifestyle outcomes as well as measuring the overall customer experience for consumers, carers and families of our services.The successful applicant will have the ability support to our homes in achieving optimal clinical care outcomes through the implementation of Anglican Care’s policies and procedures, as well as provide support to the leadership team in aspects of the care environments to achieve identified quality outcomes, goals and objectives.Working closely with our Residential Care Managers and care teams to ensure compliance in both practices and processes, your strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills will prove invaluable as you work collaboratively with a range of people.Whilst based at Kilpatrick Court the role will require some travel. To be able to apply for this role you will have:Essential:Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Authority (AHPRA).Tertiary and/or industry qualifications in management, or a health related discipline.Experience in training small groupsDetailed, working knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards.Desirable:Detailed, working knowledge of the Aged Care regulatory environment including the 1997 Aged Care Act and associated legislation and Principles.Experience in evaluating workplace practices against accreditation standards, quality systems, and organisational policies and procedures.Computer literacy and familiarity with quality systemsFamiliarity with electronic risk, care planning and documentation systemsCurrent NSW Drivers Licence.At Anglican Care our skilled and caring people are the most important resources we have.
