To be successful you will have:Demonstrated experience in aged careEnthusiasm and a willingness to learnA genuine passion for working with the elderlyEssential:Certificate IV in Leisure and Health (or working towards same)Current First Aid Certificate (ongoing requirement)Excellent time management, an ability to work effectively as an individual and within a teamEffective written and verbal communication skillsAbility to accurately document residents care/progressAble to work a range of shifts including night shifts and weekend workCurrent drivers licencePrevious experience working in Aged CareAs part of the recruitment process candidates will be required to undertake a functional assessment including drug and alcohol testing.We offer a great team environment, and excellent conditions of employment.
