Working full time, the role requires a committed person who is ready to hit the ground running immediately.As a proactive, observant and innovative professional you will provide sound business systems and accounting processes, and associated support, to the Commercial Manager.In this role you will be expected to perform tasks that are inclusive of but not limited to the following;Liaising with key stakeholders - influence internal relationships and champion process improvements for the business,Financial analysis – identify cost benefit for various projects,Financial reporting - report on the spending's through the use of excel spreadsheets and other reporting tools,Internal Budgeting - identify the needs within the team and set the budget accordingly, andFinancial modelling /Forecasting -responsible for the annual budget of your division while conducting the quarterly forecasts and period projections.Essential RequirementsFive years professional experience in management accounting, analysis of results and reporting to tight deadlines.Experience in the development and monitoring of budget.Experience in managing a small team within an accounting function.Leadership and management competence in: Management Accounting, Management Information Systems, Project Planning, and Customer Service.Strong analytical ability and experience working in a complex and dynamic environment.Demonstrated ability to implement change and continuous improvement.Advanced interpersonal, customer service, negotiation and written and verbal communication skills.Experience in developing models in Excel to provide input in business decisionsStrong computer software skills including enterprise finance systems and Microsoft Office.Desirable RequirementsTertiary Qualifications in Accounting and CA or CPA qualifiedAt Anglican Care our skilled and caring people are the most important resources we have.
