The Opportunity:
Hospitality Services Assistants are multi-skilled employees who provide excellent service across housekeeping, cleaning and food service to rooms and dining rooms at our residential aged care homes. Role & Responsibilities:
- Ensuring our consumers are provided with meals and beverages of their choice
- Ensuring all designated areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
- Communicating effectively to consumers and team members to ensure achievement of role is attained
- Follow all safe work practices and food handling practices
About you?
- Previous food handling and /or housekeeping experience.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work effectively as an individual and within a team.
- Demonstrated customer service skills.
- Willing to undertake pre employment checks including Functional assessment, reference checking and National Police Check (Newcastle Anglican will consider the relevance of any reported outcomes
