The successful applicant will have a high standard of clinical and collaborative skills to provide the best possible care and customer service. The role enables you to work with flexibility and autonomy, liaising and consulting with our internal team of Nurse Practitioners, Clinical Nurse Consultants and Allied Health Professionals, as well as networking with relevant community stakeholders, to ensure that we make a difference to the lives of our consumers.
