To be able to apply for this role you will have:Essential:• Vocational qualification in secretarial studies or equivalent experience.• High level secretarial, administrative, organisational and project management capabilities from an executive support perspective. • Demonstrated co-ordination, prioritisation and problem solving capabilities, with the ability to manage conflicting priorities and deadlines under sustained work pressures.• Well developed problem solving skills in order to identify areas for operational improvement, develop options, recommend changes to existing processes and prioritise implementation.• Capable of bringing order and organisation to a highly fluid environment.• Experience working with Boards of Directors.• Demonstrated ability to operate independently and professionally with limited supervision. • Comprehensive experience working within a flexible, multi-skilled team environment where high level interpersonal, communication, confidentiality, conflict resolution and customer service skills are key factors to effective operation.• High level application skills in the use of Word, Excel and PowerPoint. • Demonstrated understanding of the requirements of the Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act (NSW) (1998) in relation to resident and facility information.Desirable:• A knowledge and understanding of Aged Care is desirable.• A current class C Licence is desirable.At Anglican Care our skilled and caring people are the most important resources we have.
