The Opportunity: Reporting to the Executive Director Infrastructure Services, the Director Project Delivery will provide strategic planning and project oversight across asset management within our organisation. The primary responsibility of this position is to lead and manage development projects, ensuring the successful delivery of capital works initiatives. About you? 

  • Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Engineering or similar
  • Substantial experience as a Project Director of property development and construction projects, with a minimum value of $20M
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in a similar role
  • Demonstrated comprehensive high-level knowledge of the Health and Aged Care industries is preferable
  • Comprehensive experience in coordinating a flexible, multi-skilled team environment with advanced interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
