As a member of our Customer Support Team you will have the opportunity to do this each and everyday. Through a broad understanding of the features and benefits of the Services provided by Anglican Care, you will provide our Customers with a range of choice from Retirement Living, Home Care, Residential Care or access to Allied Health programs through our Centre based services.To succeed in this role, you will be comfortable working in a fast paced environment responding to new customer enquiries and making warm follow up telephone calls. You will enjoy helping customers to understand all available options and recommend service solutions that consider their individual needs, preferences and goals. You will liaise with our service specialists across Anglican Care, and support our customers to access these services. Your strong interpersonal skills will prove invaluable as you engage with customers and our referral network. The Successful applicant will be comfortable promoting our services, point of difference and pursuing cross selling opportunities. You will understand the importance of each step in the process, which has been designed to ensure regulatory compliance with relevant federal and state legislation that guides our service engagement and delivery.Experience in Aged Care is not essential to be suitable for this role. A genuine desire to provide proactive customer service, and a willingness to seek out new prospects, will be the key to your performance. Your primary attributes will be your positive attitude, your ability to connect to people and provide information that is clear and relevant to the Customer’s needs.
