The successful applicant will lead the coordination and facilitation of clinical education programs designed to support and encourage our employees to further develop their clinical and professional skills.Your strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills will prove invaluable as you work collaboratively with a range of staff. The success factors for this role are outlined below:Essential:Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Nursing and current Registration under the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).Demonstrated experience in the facilitation of teaching and learning.Demonstrated ability to work as a change agent in relation to clinical practice and champion continuous improvement.
