With a key focus on the Aged Care Quality Standards, you will conduct comprehensive clinical audits and reviews, providing recommendations for continuous improvement, ensuring best practice is met for our consumers, carers and families of our services.The successful applicant will have the ability to document and provide quality reports that enable the effective utilisation of data, as well as provide support to the leadership team in aspects of the care environments to achieve identified quality outcomes, goals and objectives.Your strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills will prove invaluable as you work collaboratively with a range of people. Working closely with our Executive Group, and care teams to ensure compliance in both practices and processes.To be able to apply for this role you will have:Essential:Knowledge and experience in Aged Care accreditation processesDetailed, working knowledge of the Aged Care Quality StandardsExperience in evaluating workplace practices against accreditation standards, quality systems and organisational policies and proceduresExperience in undertaking clinical audits and reviewsSound report writing skillsDesirable:Tertiary and/or industry qualifications in Quality, Finance or Health related disciplineDetailed, working knowledge of the Aged Care regulatory environment including the 1997 Aged Care Act and associated legislation and PrinciplesExperience in evaluating workplace practices against accreditation standards, quality systems, and organisational policies and proceduresComputer literacy and familiarity with quality systemsFamiliarity with electronic risk and documentation systemsCurrent NSW Drivers LicenceAt Anglican Care our skilled and caring people are the most important resources we have.
